Future Structures
Future Structures Ltd works as an independant design consultancy and drawing office. We operate from separate premises to Hewaswater Engineering and offer a wide range of design and drawing facilities.
We have invested in the latest design and drawing software including,
- Advance Steel – 3D modelling software designed specifically for steelwork. The software produces the CNC files (component geometry) for the Peddinghaus machines to automatically process the steel. These files are universal and can be read by other makes of CNC machine
- CADS design software including Smart Portal and A3DMax which gives us the facility to provide a quick but accurate member sizing and civils design service.
Future Structures Ltd offer the following services,
- Steelwork detail packages which can include general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, material lists, assembly lists, bolt lists, bolt assembly lists and CNC files
- Structural design for steel, timber and concrete
- Reinforced concrete detailing including bar schedules etc
- Planning applications
- Building Regulation applications
- Advance Steel is linked to FabTrol MRP providing a streamlined interface between our detailing software and production.
- FabTrol MRP link with Drawing Office
